Mountain Bar Cookies

Ingredients:

Dough:
2 cups granulated sugar
½ cup dry nonfat milk
½ cup water
¼ cup unsalted butter
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder or 1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
2½ cups old-fashioned oats
½ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
½ cup shredded or flaked sweetened coconut
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Line baking pans with parchment paper or wax paper or non-stick baking pad.
2. In a large heavy saucepan over low heat, combine sugar, dry milk, water, butter, and cocoa powder; stir until melted. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil, stirring constantly so the mixture does not burn. Remove from heat.
3. Add oats, peanut butter, coconut, and vanilla; stir until mixed.
4. While mixture is still warm, drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets. Let sit until cool and the chocolate is hardened.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

Bahan:

Adonan:
2 cups gula pasir
½ cangkir susu nonfat kering
½ cangkir air
¼ cup unsalted butter
3 tablespoons unsweetened coklat bubuk atau 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate baking
2 ½ cups kolot Oats
½ cangkir susu atau chunky peanut butter
½ cangkir diiris atau flaked kelapa manis
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Cara:

1. Line baking pans dengan perkamen kertas atau kertas atau non-stick baking pad.

2. Dalam panci besar tahan panas, Campurkan gula, susu kering, air, mentega, dan coklat bubuk, Aduk sampai tercampur dan meleleh. Panaskan pada posisi medium di oven. Keluarkan.

3. Tambahkan Oats, kacang, kelapa, dan vanili; aduk sampai tercampur.

4. Sedangkan campuran yang masih hangat, jatuhkan adonan bulat dengan memakai sendok teh ke baking sheet. Biarkan dingin sampai coklat mengeras

Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

Dough:
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1½ cups granulated sugar
1 large egg
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup Dutch cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Baking sheets may be ungreased, or lined with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar; cream together until mixture appears light and fluffy. Add egg; beat until thoroughly mixed. Stir in milk and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; stir until mixed. Add oats and chocolate chips; stir to mix.
3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove from oven and let cookies cool on baking sheet three minutes, then remove cookies from baking sheets and finish cooling on wire racks.

Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Bahan:

Adonan:
1 cup unsalted butter, suhu kamar
1 ½ cups gula pasir
1 telur
¼ cangkir susu
1 sendok teh vanilla
1 ¼ cups tepung terigu
1 / 3 cup coklat bubuk Belanda
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ sendok teh garam
3 cups Oats
1 cup chocolate chips

Cara:
1. Memanaskan lebih dulu oven ke 350 derajat F.
2. Dalam mangkuk besar, campur mentega dan gula; kocok sampai mengembang. Tambahkan telur; memukul sampai dicampur dengan teliti. Aduk susu dan vanili. Tambahkan tepung, coklat bubuk, baking soda dan garam; aduk sampai tercampur. Tambahkan Oats dan chocolate chips; aduk rata.
3. Ambil satu sendok teh bahan dan buat seperti bulatan di atas baking sheet. Panggang sekitar 12-15 menit atau sampai cookie masak. Matikan oven dan biarkan dingin pada cookie sheet selama tiga menit, lalu pindahkan pada kawat sampai dingin
